A minimum stay policy has now been adopted for many weekends. For guests staying on a Friday or Saturday night, a 2 nights minimum stay maybe applicable. This could include either the Thursday or Sunday nights. At other times of the year, a longer minimum stay is applicable e.g. Cheltenham Gold Cup.

On occasions, an early booking for a single Friday or Saturday night may be agreed, and a £20 supplement will be applied for regular rooms and £35 for themed and luxury double rooms. For single night bookings accepted 2 days or less before the day of arrival, no supplement will be charged.

Pet Policy

Smoking

Very occasionally, guests ignore our no smoking policy. The smell of tobacco lingers and it is quite apparent when this happens - perhaps not to smokers who are not so aware of the odour left. When guests do smoke, we will now charge an additional one-night room rate to cover the additional costs encountered.

Wi-Fi / Broadband

As well as wireless [which covers most of Beaumont House]; a free broadband connection point is available in all rooms. Guests should ensure that their computers are sufficiently protected with Firewall software before connecting to the Internet. Beaumont House will accept no responsibility for loss / consequential loss for the use of this free facility by guests. No charge is made for using this facility.

Left Property

We will do our best to reunite guests with their left property. It will be held for 3 months before disposal. If owners are unable to collect their property, this will be posted on a signed for basis, unless we are instructed otherwise. A standard £3.50 is added to the postal cost to cover packaging and return costs – usually involving a special trip to the Post Office which takes 30 to 45 minutes – depending on the queue length at the Post Office!
